Great experience! I really had a great timen taling with Sal over a 2 month period. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasent to work with. The only thing that I wished I had more controll ove Sal over a 2 month period. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasent to work with. The only thing that I wished I had more controll over is the financing. I did get the care of my dream after careful consideration and more funds out of my pocket. More

We went to this dealership knowing that lexus was a very good quality car and even knowing that was true there was still much more. We were able to have complimentary snacks and they were very nice and frie good quality car and even knowing that was true there was still much more. We were able to have complimentary snacks and they were very nice and friendly. Sal was very nice and was able to give lots of help with our choice of the Lexus Rx 350! We gave the rating we have because we thought overall our whole experience was probably one of the best we have ever had. We would reccomend this dealership to anyone buying a car, pre-owned or new. We would also reccomend Sal Lala for his cooperativeness and friendship we look forward to going to Lexus of Naperville! More

Both salesmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I never felt hurried or rushed, as each took the time to answer all my questions. Dan went out of his way to find the exact car I was look helpful. I never felt hurried or rushed, as each took the time to answer all my questions. Dan went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for and I appreciate that very much. I had been to another Lexus dealership whose salesman was not willing to do that. In the end, I feel that I got the best possible deal on my new Lexus, and I am very happy. I would definitely recommend Naperville Lexus to anyone. More

I am a single woman and I was a little apprehensive about going to buy a car on my own. Sal was a great salesman to work with. I never felt pressured by him to make a deal. He answered my questions (which may have sounded stupid to a lot of men)with respect. When it came time to negotiate, I felt that Sal was trying to make a good deal that would make me happy. I did not feel taken advantage of. When the deal was done, Sal went over the basic vehicle operations - setting up my phone via blue-tooth, the radio stations, etc. I'd highly recommend buying a car from Naperville Lexus and using Sal as your salesperson.
