Best car buying experience ever!!! I was in desperate need of a good, reliable car and was tired of shady dealers trying to take advantage. I gt more than I could ever have hoped for when I went to Merchants, and in less than 24 hours I left there with a better car than I thought possible. I love my new car and I loved my experience with this dealership. They were fast, friendly, and accommodating. Bob Donati is an amazing person not to mention a great sales man. Trust is not something one expects to have in a car sales man but Bob made it easy, I felt like I was his own daughter and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. A huge thank you to all the staff at Merchants for all the work you put into making sure I had all I need and then some! Bob, a very special thank you for everything, including the insurance tip as I was leaving, you have literally saved me hundreds of dollars! More

New Car a Blessing I had used another dealer twice and both time the cars I purchase I paid ten time over with all the repairers. I have always p I have been shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for several months and recognized that a brand new model was not in my current budget. I have always purchased brand new vehicles in the past but knew that I would have to go used if I wanted the Jeep. I had very specific features in mind and knew exactly what I wanted. During one of my searches on the web I located the Jeep I wanted at Merchants so thought I would go in and check it out. I had never been to Merchants before but knew they were very reputable. I met David Carter a sales associate who was very professional, personable and pleasant to work with. I honestly was expecting to get the typical sales speech that you get most everywhere but that wasn't the case with David. David made the experience about me, the customer and my needs which was a pleasant change from prior experiences with other dealers. I fell in love with the vehicle and in no time I was driving off the lot with exactly what I was looking for and felt very positive and comfortable with the entire process. I would definitely recommend Merchants to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle and doesn't want the typical run around. More

My husband and I were looking to trade in our cars as we needed an upgrade. We are expecting our first child within weeks and Dave was there to assist us in the car buying process. Dave listened to what was needed an upgrade. We are expecting our first child within weeks and Dave was there to assist us in the car buying process. Dave listened to what was on our wishlist but didn't give us the run around about what was realistic for our price range and trade in value. Dave was able to select two cars that fit my husband and I perfectly. Dave understood the need for better cars, but also our financial situation and kept it realistic. Dave was very down to earth and we did not feel pressured to do business there. The car buying process was easy and it is all because of Dave. I left the same day in a new car which had half the miles my trade in had and barely increased my monthly payment. All the staff members there were helpful, but we spent most of our time with Dave. He has a great sense of humor and professionalism which is hard to find these days. Thanks Dave! More
