Honestly, it kinda felt like an upsell at the time, but there was no pressure, so I went with his presentation. In the end, I HAPPILY bought a higher end model-and Sandra the sales manager was able to work a little with us as it was more than was budgeted. At the end of the day, I would 100% buy a car from them again! Thank you More
