My only experience was with Sam, he lied to me and tried to cover it up. Walked out as result, typical sneaky car salesman. He came to my car, met my wife and I as soon as we stepped out. Proceeded to p to cover it up. Walked out as result, typical sneaky car salesman. He came to my car, met my wife and I as soon as we stepped out. Proceeded to push me to trade a car or he couldn't give me any good deal, when asked about pricing because it was a demo he tried to sell me at full MSRP for a car with 5k on it that was used as a demo/loaner. When asked if he talked to any manager he said yes, however saddly for him my wife and I went inside but Sam never did. We walked out when he tried to become pushy, and cover the lie by saying well if I go to manager this would be ..... reminded him he said he already talked with him. Stay away from this guy. Thankfully my co workers got me set up in Ford of Port Richey and what a great experience so far. More

I purchased my first car here "certified pre-owned" which later turned out was known by Ford at the time of purchase to have major transmission issues. Contacted Brandon Ford PURELY to express my experience later turned out was known by Ford at the time of purchase to have major transmission issues. Contacted Brandon Ford PURELY to express my experience there and was contacted by a manager promising a discount, ultimately to be let down again as it was only viewed as an opportunity to make more money. I was told "we sell them for what we buy them for" as if that's how businesses profit. Keep in mind I did NOT request any discounts they were offered. It seems like they will say what they need to get the deal done NOT do what's right by the consumer. During this whole process I was treated In a condescending manner by staff at Brandon Ford, like I had no right to hold them accountable for their statements after I sign the paperwork. The best part was what I assume is the finance manager making a snide " how did WE waste HIS time" ..... EXTREMELY unprofessional. I can only expect that from someone who insinuated I had no money to put down before asking after I already informed the sales manager I might be inclined to put a down payment if the deal was right. All around I wish I could give 0 stars for BOTH of my experiences. More

I sent a text to Sam, as he was our go to guy in 2018 when we purchased 2 vehicles within 6 weeks. Again Sam was AWESOME! No pressure, and had the vehicles near each other so we could easily drive them all and “kick the tires” and very patient while we made our decision. The paperwork went really smooth and before you know it we were driving out to dinner on our way home in my wife’s new car. We travel over 2 hours to do business with Sam and Brandon Ford! They really care about you and want to sell cars! No games, no xx. More

So painless we bought 2 vehicles within 6 week in 2018 Same was PERFECT! He tells you what he can do and then does it! He delivers on his promises. Idiots at Brandon Ford I contacted Brandon Ford about a vehicle they had online but had no interior pictures. I sent a message through the internet Dept and asked if they co I contacted Brandon Ford about a vehicle they had online but had no interior pictures. I sent a message through the internet Dept and asked if they could forward me some interior pictures. The response I got was just come on down we'll show you. I don't want to waste my time driving from dealership to dealership. After several emails and never receiving any pictures, I asked if the salesperson would stop texting me and sending emails. This salesperson cannot even get my name right or what my request was he is an idiot and I'm tired of explaining it to him. After several emails stating to please never contact me again he continues. I will never do business with your dealership and I will never recommend you to anyone. If you would like a copy of all these emails and how much this individual is an idiot I would be happy to forward them to someone there in management.
