As in the past, I have normally selected a "home town" dealer and I have picked this dealership as my home town dealer. I was greeted by Sam who I had written previously on line. Sam was very courre town" dealer and I have picked this dealership as my home town dealer. I was greeted by Sam who I had written previously on line. Sam was very courreous and informative and after a brief coversation, went to the lot and picked out just about what I wanted to a T. After discussing how I was to finance it, I told him it was a cash deal. He gave me a price figure and to be honest, I did not like it. We discussed the matter and finally agreed upon a cash price and the deal was done. He did everything in his power to make the deal quick and efficient and I was driving away in my new Cadillac in a short time. My thanks to Sam nd the staff of Mark Christopher auto center. More

We found the car we wanted on the internet and sent an email request. Sam responded within minutes and we set up an appointment to view the vehicle. From the moment we got out of our car at the dealership we never felt hassled or pushed into buying a vehicle. Sam had the car right in front, came out to greet us and we immediately went for a test drive. We were out of the dealership with our new car within an hour. Sam gave us a great price, little negotiation on our part. We said what we wanted to pay, and it was done! What a great experience. We got a great car and a great deal without hours of negotiation.
