Purchasing at Dean Team was great! They were knowledgeable and quick about everything. We got the best price in the area (I dealt with 3 other dealerships the week of our purchase ). Sam was fan knowledgeable and quick about everything. We got the best price in the area (I dealt with 3 other dealerships the week of our purchase ). Sam was fantastic to deal with. Never pushy, was straightforward, laid back so we never felt pressured and gave an awesome overview of how to use every feature in our car before we left the lot. Would definitely send our friends here and would purchase another Subaru from Dean Team and Sam again. More

They make it easy Sam Goevert was super helpful. Due to COVID didn't have anyone to watch our kids, so we had to bring a 7 and 4 year old along with us for the test dr Sam Goevert was super helpful. Due to COVID didn't have anyone to watch our kids, so we had to bring a 7 and 4 year old along with us for the test drive. He helped us with the car seats and was super friendly. As far as the sales experience. NO pressure, no trying to pull you back into the dealership while you think it over. He gives you the info, answers questions and gives you time to come to a decision on your terms. Subaru seems to be this way in general. This is our third car from this dealership and having experienced other dealers in the past I don't seriously consider going anywhere else. We also get our cars serviced here, most honest service department I have ever encountered. They will tell you what you need and more importantly what you don't need and what can wait until next time. More

He provided the most thorough review of vehicle features I have ever gotten throughout the numerous vehicles I have purchased. The hiccup (delay) was in getting in to do the finance paperwork, but that was simply due to the face that the dealership was successfully selling several vehicles that day. Once we did get in to do the paperwork it all went quickly. I highly recommend Dean Team Subaru/Volkswagen if you are in the market for anew or used vehicle. More

Highly recommend! I was not looking forward to the whole car buying experience but Sam made buying our new Outback quick and painless. I was bracing myself for the stereotypical schmoozy salesperson but Sam’s easygoing personality put me at ease immediately. No pressure or pushiness just information. I really appreciated that! He spent a good amount of time giving us a hands on tutorial on all the car’s features. The follow up call to see how we liked the car was a nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to the Dean Team. More

Henry, Sam, and the rest of the staff who I didn't get a lot of face time with at Dean Team Subaru made the entire buying process too easy.
