They got me confused with a different customer, preformed work that was never requested and tried to charge me for it. They ended up bringing the price down, but after all of the back and forth with the bill work that was never requested and tried to charge me for it. There was nothing wrong before I had "work" done here and had to argue the work/price. I believe they did something to my vehicle out of spite and a reason to bring it back to get that money they lost out on.. After I explained to Samantha Cortese, she had the SAME TECH call me!?!? Why would I want to speak to the SAME guy??? At this point, I don't trust them anymore. It's a shame because I bought it from them to begin with. If anyone reading this knows a good, trustworthy mechanic, please leave a comment!! More
