I just bought my second car at SOJAX, and Dave Bailey was the person who sold me both my new car today and my original car just over two years ago. He remembered our transaction (how is that even possible?) the person who sold me both my new car today and my original car just over two years ago. He remembered our transaction (how is that even possible?) and made me a great deal on my new Subaru. It's no secret why SOJAX is the number one rated Subaru Dealership. They give great deals and service and they give back to the community as well. There is LOVE at the Subaru of Jacksonville dealership. Dave Bailey is a great example of that. More

I bought a 2008 Toyota Prius. I was shopping for my elderly mom online because I live 1k miles away from her. I saw the dealership reviews and thought they'd be a safer pick than I was shopping for my elderly mom online because I live 1k miles away from her. I saw the dealership reviews and thought they'd be a safer pick than a less reputable dealership. That proved spot-on. I was communicating entirely by email/text/phone with multiple dealerships simultaneously, but only Tim & Subaru of Jacksonville were responsive, informative and followed through with my requests. One dealership didn't get back to me until after the vehicle from Subaru was delivered by Tim. I texted, them back "sorry, you were too slow. I've already bought a Prius and it's been delivered." During the process of vetting out the vehicle, Tim offered to take a video of the vehicle (without me asking for it). He highlighted any damage (minor scratches/dents) transparently. They updated paperwork multiple times due to me having a detail wrong or outdated. Tim remained patient. Communication was consistently responsive, respectful and clear. Follow-through was thorough. The vehicle was used, priced aggressively and yet they still sunk at least 20% of my purchase price into repairs/maintenance to make it up to their standard. While driving quite a distance, a check engine light came on. Tim returned, fixed it, and reattempted delivery. It was something that would only come on if you're putting many miles on at once and warming up the engine, so I don't think anything was being hidden. He immediately communicated and had the Subaru mechanics fix it same day. (It's a 2008 so I am realistic, even with a Toyota, problems will happen with a 15 year old car). Upon delivering the vehicle to my elderly mother (about 100 miles away), a thorough explanation on how to use the Prius was provided by Tim. My mom appreciated his help. She confirmed the condition of the car was good. She's been driving it for a couple of days now, and no mechanical problems exist. Overall, I'd give them an A+. Furthermore, I was stunned to see the lack of interest/response from competitors. Only 1 Toyota dealership out of 8 that I contacted got back to me. And that was the one that was so slow, uninformative and not respectful that I told it to them straight - snooze you lose. Use this dealership. More
