Corey Carter was the sales Rep and it is actually my second time using Corey for a vehicle purchase and both times he was well informed about all the features of the vehicles I looked at during both transactions. I know it is busy and they had a few clients to look after but they took care of me timely and they followed up with me to make sure I had any questions answered and that my vehicle was working perfect. Helpful friendly staff and the process made easy! The team I worked with was awesome. I felt very comfortable and there was no 'high pressure' sales tactics from my sales team. Troy W. is very friendl The team I worked with was awesome. I felt very comfortable and there was no 'high pressure' sales tactics from my sales team. Troy W. is very friendly and took a lot of time with me to find exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, we were out there for what seemed like hours ;) He was very knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions and show me many of the what seems like hundreds of features my new Ford has. He even helped me pair my phone with my new Ford before I left the lot. After I selected my vehicle and was approved for financing, Chad Y. joined us to go over the options I had. He was also great and took the time to show me the breakdown of different payments based on a number of factors. Chad answered any questions I had and he made this process quick and painless :) I then moved over to the final step in the process, financing finalization where I again had the pleasure of working with another great employee who yet again took the time to explain all my options, add-ons, and answer all my questions. Scott C. is another experienced individual of the Ricart team who was able to efficiently and quickly move through the process while addressing any and all concerns I had. It was an absolute pleasure working with the individuals I was blessed to have had that day! I love my Ford and I would recommend Ricard Ford to anyone looking for a new Ford. My experience was fun and just overall amazing, thank you Troy, Chad, and Scott for everything you did and do!!! My team still reaches out to me to make sure everything is good and to let me know they are there if I have any questions, concerns or otherwise. Keep up the amazing work guys!!!!!! More
