Service my car for Recall on Door Locks Scott Parker provided excellent customer service. My recall problems were addressed in a timely manner, for pickup the next day. I recommend that a multi-point inspection be conducted on all vehicles when they come in for a service call. It was not done on my car, so I will have to select a new date to bring it in for this service. More

Recall Baby I received a recall notice for door latches on my car. I called and made an appointment with Scott and dropped my car off to take care of the recall. I received a recall notice for door latches on my car. I called and made an appointment with Scott and dropped my car off to take care of the recall. He also took care of another recall from awhile back that was one of the bring it in if your having issues. They took care of both issues and I'm all set. More

Top notch service! I've owned and loved my truck for about a year now and I've been to In and out of the service dept for general maintenance/ repair. Every service advisor I've dealt with has been great- very helpful and professional. That being said, recently my truck has had a small issue that needed attention. Scott Parker specifically has gone above and beyond to offer plenty of options and solutions during my service visits at Brandon Ford. Scott keeps me informed every step of the way and will not let any detail be overlooked. I truly thank Scott for keeping me a happy and loyal customer. -Eric More

Wonderful Service Dept. Scott is so easy to work with. He is always professional and tells it like it is. Extended Warranty Repair Great staff, great service! My 2013 Ford Explorer developed a slight transmission/gearbox leak after the standard warranty period had expired. Scott Great staff, great service! My 2013 Ford Explorer developed a slight transmission/gearbox leak after the standard warranty period had expired. Scott Parker took excellent care of my vehicle and me from start to finish. He was extremely courteous and helpful, a true professional at his work. The truck was taken into the shop shortly after my arrival and the problem diagnosed in about an hour or so. The seal repair required two days to complete as parts had to be ordered. I'm grateful for the excellent service technician at Brandon Ford who performed the repair and for the Ford Protect Extended Service Plan program. The cost of the entire repair including rental car was covered completely uncer the plan I purchased. Thanks Brandon Ford! More

65MPH Blues I had my car in for "The Works" oil change and service. The service was quick and well done as usual. The next day (Saturday) we were going up I75 and I had my car in for "The Works" oil change and service. The service was quick and well done as usual. The next day (Saturday) we were going up I75 and I noticed some vibration when I hit 65mph. I contacted Scott on Monday so I could have my tires balanced. I came in Thursday and my car was done in less than an hour. I've been dealing with Scott over 4 years now for service and I have never had an issue with any of the work that Brandon Ford has done. More

Faulty engine throttle system forward edge disappointed being sent away after two engine power failure just because computer says there's no problem. We can later after pulling my camper on h disappointed being sent away after two engine power failure just because computer says there's no problem. We can later after pulling my camper on highway 70 miles an hour I lost power again had to drift off to the side of the road. Took Car in this Monday and talked with manager Joe I had to really talk to him to get him to look at the engine throttle system which one googled on computer shows many complaints for Ford edges and engine throttle system. Was told Ford fears and is having the problem and recall but not the edges and again the computer did not compute so he was very reluctant and try to talk me to leave my car so somebody else could drive it around and see if it will happen again it happen four times three times within the last 2 1/2 weeks. I or my family or people on the highway could be killed when your engine stops like that and you can't get off. He said he would check with his engineers and see what they suggested which in the end they did replace the engine throttle Assembly only took him 45 minutes. So far the car is running OK I sure hope it doesn't cut out again. I cannot afford to buy a new car especially one for pulling a camper. More
