Robert was professional and knowledgeable, guiding me through the customization process with ease. He was always available to answer any questions, making sure that my vehicle met all my expectations. What stood out, in addition to the excellent sales service, was the finance department at BMW of Sudbury. They were fantastic, offering clear explanations of all the financial aspects of the lease, and ensuring that everything was transparent and straightforward. Their efficiency and professionalism made the financing part of the process stress-free and pleasant. Upon receiving my 2024 BMW 530i, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The effort put in by Robert, along with the finance team’s great work, reaffirmed my decision to go with BMW of Sudbury. For anyone considering a BMW, I highly recommend BMW of Sudbury. After some issues making first contact, I had a pretty great initial impression with BMW of Sudbury and within a day made my way down and completed purchase of a new M440i. However - I still don't have my great initial impression with BMW of Sudbury and within a day made my way down and completed purchase of a new M440i. However - I still don't have my vehicle a week later and have no idea when I will receive it. As an out of state resident (New Hampshire) - the car delivery process from Mass usually requires a trip to the local town hall from a representative of the dealership. I was aware of and familiar with this process from previous car purchases in Mass. It is about a 50 minute drive from the dealership to my town hall which is not nothing - but also it is probably the closest/second closest possible NH town from their dealership (40 minutes driving in Mass, 10 in NH). After promptly providing all additional information that the dealership needed, I waited 4 total days and 2 business days without hearing anything. It took reaching out to the GM to hear from someone and even then just a vague "we are trying to find someone to facilitate delivery on Wed/Thursday fi possible". After that - radio silence for another day and a half before reaching someone who said they would look into it in the morning and then nothing. It's now been a week since signing the final paperwork and not only do I still not have my car - I don't have a date scheduled or even a time frame. This will have to occur during business hours and something I will have to schedule around work and they are not interested. Seems that once you sign the paperwork and the sale is official - you, the customer - no longer matter. More

After visiting two of my local BMW stores on the north shore and southern NH, I decided to give Herb Chambers BMW Sudbury store a try. Although, they did not have the vehicle in stock, they were able to f shore and southern NH, I decided to give Herb Chambers BMW Sudbury store a try. Although, they did not have the vehicle in stock, they were able to find one that was in production that matched everything I was looking for. Vince Souza my salesman, Jamie Chisholm the sales manager, and Rami Aboutayoun who handle all the paperwork, made my buying experience not only easy, but enjoyable. They guided me seamlessly to get out of my Mercedes lease into my new BMW. I highly recommend Vince and the team down at BMW Sudbury for your next lease or purchase. Even if they don’t have the exact car in stock, your patience with them getting your next BMW will be well worth it! More

A quick glance at the reviews here show Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury in a favorable light--and rightly so in terms of their sales organization. My wife and I found their sales team excellent and enjoyed purc of Sudbury in a favorable light--and rightly so in terms of their sales organization. My wife and I found their sales team excellent and enjoyed purchasing a car from them. At the same time, to properly appreciate a dealership you need to experience how they respond to not just sales but also service. Service is a big part of the car ownership equation. We have had two interactions with Herb Chambers BMW's service team and they were both disappointing. Before getting into the issues, it's important to note that we have had several discussions now with the service team managers, who we found unhelpful and disinterested, and wrote Herb Chambers directly through his "Talk to Herb" form on his website. We failed to receive a response from him (twice!). We encourage other BMW owners to take a moment and consider these two points where this dealership is concerned: repeat dissatisfaction in service, multiple service managers disinterested in resolving our issues and a leadership team in the form of Herb Chambers himself who solicits getting in touch but doesn't respond. Is this the dealership you want to do business with? Several of our issues: • The dealership created a video to upsell us on service we believe was expensive and unnecessary. • The dealership failed to resolve an issue with our car even though it was brand new and fully under warranty. Over a year later the issue is still not resolved. Doesn't speak well for a service team when they fail to resolve an issue. • The dealership required more than a day to make minor warranty repairs, a fact that they were not transparent about when we booked the appointment. • We received misleading text messages from the service team implying more money was owed than we agreed to or was contracted for--a simply error on their end but even still. It doesn't instill a lot of confidence in them. • A lack of response initially from service team leadership, including the service manager assigned to us (request for a call still not returned), as promised in both cases by one of the service managers. • A service department email customer satisfaction survey that failed to include a survey form or a link to an online form and instead directed us to share feedback by calling (508) 903-5300. The receptionist who answered had no knowledge of the survey nor interest in capturing our feedback. The process, to say the least, was not real respectful to customers like us. • A $100 unauthorized charge placed on our credit card after returning a loaner car. In theory, the experience of purchasing and maintaining a BMW should be positive. At Herb Chambers BMW, the sales team was for us, worst-in-class; by not responding to customer outreach, Herb Chambers himself is clearly demonstrating his own disinterest. Perhaps this dealership service team could spend a little less time and effort making videos and upselling customers and a little more focus on repairing the actual cars and treating their customers with respect. Do not shop here, especially if you are a person of color. Lies lies lies. From the GM on down. I have a lengthy video of them tripping over themselves in lies. They lied about replacing brakes and rot color. Lies lies lies. From the GM on down. I have a lengthy video of them tripping over themselves in lies. They lied about replacing brakes and rotors on my CPO X5. They refused to give me a copy of my service records and CPO records. Then had me trespassed from the premises when they ran out of lies. All of their lies and different versions of, were captured on video. On 5/31/22 the day I signed for the vehicle I had to pay the cashier whatever amount was due from me. While standing at the cashiers with Joe D. The finance guy that I wrapped up the deal with. I reminded him that tires, brakes and rotors needed to be replaced on condition of me purchasing this vehicle. Joe D. Then exclaimed “we will have then Schwarzenegger strong” as he flexed his muscle on one arm. I brought the car back a week later after, because of brake squeak and noise. They told me it is because of the sport package hardware…… recently I took the car to a mom and pop shop. Who found that the rotors were never replaced. And possibly the brake pads as well. That “Schwarzenegger” comment was useful with jogging my memory as to who I spoke with about replacing my rotors and brakes and tires. I’m glad Joe D. Thought that was a smart pun, joke, analogy to say to a black man that just purchased a $65k vehicle from him. Of course if I had called him on it, it would be me calling the race card. I called the dealership and a meeting was scheduled for 5 people myself would make six. Upon arrival only two people was there. The used car GM and service manager. They were no records of the brake or rotors ever being done. The GM refused to give me a copy of the service records. In fact in the video he stated that I “have no premise to request any documents from him”… I lodged a complaint with BMW and was advised that the service records belong to me. I recorded them at length. The videos are self explanatory and appalling. I will update this review with a link once I have the videos posted. Be aware and stay away. Get everything in writing and certainly don’t trust this guy in the picture. It would be negative 5 stars if possible! More
