Sean was great, straightforward and to the point. Didn’t give us the normal salesman runaround. Big Star however doesn’t really seem to care if you buy a vehicle from them or not. Tried lowballed us on the trade in and absolutely refused to negotiate on the end price of the new vehicle. Hope Big Star holds on to Sean as a salesman, he definitely is the reason we stayed and purchased the car. More
