Joe molina, Sean of the online sales team of garbage. They had me drive 3.5hours west from port saint lucie with my 22mintg old kid and my fiance to not follow thru with their written offer. They couldn't even come out of their office to even give us the respect of saying they messed up in person instead they sent their fat sales manager bill to pacify us with 100$ in Walmart gift cards for their mess up. This place is a zero not a 1. Good luck if you go there. Make sure you get everything in writing before you waste any of you valuable time. More

I want to thank Tyler Slocum, Internet Sales Manager, who did everything possible to get me the SUV I wanted but didn’t think possible. A dealership that isn't anywhere near as pushy or aggressive as others in the area. Shane/this dealership actually respects the fact that when you put a deposit down on a car you expect them to hold aggressive as others in the area. Shane/this dealership actually respects the fact that when you put a deposit down on a car you expect them to hold it for you, other Hyundai dealers in the Bay area have no problem selling that care to someone else and letting multiple people put deposits on the same car. Shane was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process with test drives, awaiting delivery of the car and other sales details. Final purchase price was not what I was not quite what I was promised by the sales manager but overall good deal. I would stick with Hyundai of New Port Richie, the other Hyundai dealers I worked with in the area acted like swindlers. Service center is also extremely professional and thorough. More

Trading 2017 elantra for an 2020 elantra Shane Ippolotti was our rep. We have had Shane with our last car and as always was the best..When we call Shane about odds and ends, we always get Shane Ippolotti was our rep. Disappointed after the sale ***UPDATE*** Still no response after more phone calls and messages left. I purchased 2 cars on Black Friday. The actual purchase experience was good ***UPDATE*** Still no response after more phone calls and messages left. I purchased 2 cars on Black Friday. The actual purchase experience was good, my salesman DJ was very helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Bree from the internet team was actually the reason we drove over from St. Petersburg. We got good deals on the cars, I'm satisfied with the price. The managers we worked with were actually great, not too pushy and really wanted to work with us. The whole process took about 6 hours which is a lot when you arrive at the dealership with the cars already picked out, but it was Black Friday so I'm willing to cut some slack. Service after the sale is why the rating is only 3 stars. I refinanced both cars and have been trying to get a refund on my GAP insurance. I've left 3 messages and nobody from the finance team will call me back. This tells me the dealer only cares about you until they have your money. I'm a loyal Hyundai customer and these are our 7th and 8th Hyundai purchases since 2013. I will continue to be a Hyundai customer but I will go back to the dealership where I purchased the other 6 cars when we are ready to trade again in a couple of years. More
