Shane Ippolito once again was our Sales Rep for our NEW Tuscon Sport and what a grand experience it was. He is so courteous and helpful. Bought a 2021 Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of New Port Richey. The finance man added warranties that I didn’t want (he told me I give those to everyone) and when I cancelled them I got charged a $50 cance Richey. Brought it in for service and was told that that’s normal. I’ve owned a lot of cars and none of them ever had that problem. Wish I would’ve known these things before I bought the car! More
