You charged us $159. 00 to reset the sensor that turns off the ENGINE WARNING LIGHT and then tell us there’s no problem with the KIA. So this light comes on for no reason 00 to reset the sensor that turns off the ENGINE WARNING LIGHT and then tell us there’s no problem with the KIA. So this light comes on for no reason every once in a while so you can profit off us when there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle? Totally ridiculous! Why not have a recall and mitigate the problem with the light coming on FOR NO REASON!!! More

Wonderful, stressless purchasing experience I purchased a Kia Sportage from Herb Chambers in Burlington and feel compelled to review the dealership after my experience there. I was not looking I purchased a Kia Sportage from Herb Chambers in Burlington and feel compelled to review the dealership after my experience there. I was not looking forward to the auto buying process at all but was so pleasantly surprised with Herb Chambers KIA. The staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process, from test driving to picking up the car, and every step in between. Senee O'Connell made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived at the dealership and matched me up with sales person Ramon Amilll who was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed setting and I instantly felt more at ease here than at other dealerships I had visited. Ramon returned my calls even on his days/nights off and took time to explain and demonstrate the many features of the vehicle. He returned my calls even on his days/nights off. There was zero pressure throughout the entire process and I felt very confident with the product and extremely pleased with the pricing. What more can you ask for with the car buying experience!?!?! More

Brake pads Terrible company. My wife asked them to get brake pads replaced, they charged double the price of higher end parts from autozone (50$ autozone, 100$ h Terrible company. My wife asked them to get brake pads replaced, they charged double the price of higher end parts from autozone (50$ autozone, 100$ here). Then their labor rate was 135$ an hour, and they spent 3 hours on a 1 hour job.... Super overpriced, when confronted about this they pretty much said F-off this is what you will pay. More
