We knew customer service was going to be a priority for us, so we started reading reviews online. We ended up driving out to Bill Kay Nissan on one of the coldest days of the year. We are so happy we did. We worked with Shane Hernandez, a car sales rock star! From the moment we walked in the door until we drove away in our new car, we were treated with the greatest of customer service. Shane was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. His honesty and integrity was so appreciated. He listened and wanted to make sure every step of the way that we were happy with our purchase. He introduced us to Sales Manager Tim Anzalone who was very passionate about buying a Nissan. We had never owned a Nissan, but after talking to Tim and Shane, we felt more than confident about our purchase. We would highly recommend Bill Kay to anyone interested in a new or used auto. More
