The Service Department Management at Sam Pack Five Star Ford in Lewisville has lost another customer.
If I could leave zero stars with this review, I would have, but since that is not allowed, here are the facts leading to this review:
- Three months ago, the "check engine" light came on, so I took my Ford Explorer in to the Service Department just as I have for well over a decade.
- Two days later I go there to find they wrecked it. I was told I would soon be hearing from them with their resolution plan.
- Two and a half months of leaving messages and no one caring to return my calls, not even the General Manager, so I went there in person to speak with their Service Department Management.
- It has been three months, and I am still waiting on repair estimates for the damage they caused.
I get it, this business is overwhelmed and there is a revolving door for their employees, but as a long time and loyal customer, I expected better customer service than this.
