The dreaded sunroof noise. OMG! I've been complaining about this issue with the original dealership, who had me coming back to their facility knowing they were no longer a Genes OMG! I've been complaining about this issue with the original dealership, who had me coming back to their facility knowing they were no longer a Genesis dealership. They finally informed me to go to the Genesis dealership in Bowie. When I get there, everyone was upbeat and pleasant. Sharvon Hill, the service manager, took my concerns and history. She was informative about what was going to take place with the sunroof. Everything she said was done. Had my car back on time. My only issue is it's fixed but needs twinking. More
