I came to Toyota to buy a Tacoma. I had gotten a quote on line before I arrived, expecting to just show up, test drive it and buy. When we arrived, Steve was unavailable at the time, so Shawn stepped in and line before I arrived, expecting to just show up, test drive it and buy. When we arrived, Steve was unavailable at the time, so Shawn stepped in and took care of my test drive and answered any questions I had. Shawn's no pressure attitude is how car buying should be. We agreed upon a fair price and made a deal. Three and a half hours after first walking in the door, I was heading home in my new Tacoma. Before we left, Steve came out to show us some of the unique features and answer any questions. This was the best car buying experience I have had. More

I have been a honda owner for over 10 years, but decided I was ready for something new so I came to Toyota to test drive a Matrix. I had gotten a quote online before I arrived, expecting to just show up, te I was ready for something new so I came to Toyota to test drive a Matrix. I had gotten a quote online before I arrived, expecting to just show up, test drive it and leave, but once I got there I fell in love with the Scion xD in the showroom. I had originally had an appointment with Tom, but he was unavailable that day so Shawn stepped in and took care of my test drives and answered any questions I had. Shawn's no pressure attitude was JUST what I needed after spending the morning test driving Mazda's and feeling like I had been on an all day job interview. It was refreshing that I decided on the car I wanted, not the car that the salesman wanted me to buy. After I purchased the car there were a few bumps with my pick up etc.. but considering that I purchased my car at an unfortunate time for Toyota (right in the middle of the huge gas pedal recall), I was still treated very nicely and all my questions were resolved as quickly as possible. The entire staff was very pleasant and happy to help me with my new car... which I love love love. If Acton Toyota was closer to where I lived/worked I would definitely take my car there for service. I had been looking online for about a month trying to find a slightly used 2007-2009 toyota rav 4 for a great price. I emailed internet sales on Thanksgiving day. Shawn called the next morning and was ve find a slightly used 2007-2009 toyota rav 4 for a great price. I emailed internet sales on Thanksgiving day. Shawn called the next morning and was very personable and friendly. I arranged to come in the following day to look at a 2009 rav 4. He told me to call him 1/2 an hour before I got there, so he would have it ready for me. It was! He had it waiting right out front when I got there. I was able to test drive it alone and for however long I wanted. I fell in love with the car, but was worried about the price. Shawn was great! When we went to talk numbers, he was honest and told me that the financing on the 2009 was going to be higher than the 2010 because it was used. He gave me several options and finally I decided to lease the car. There were no gimmicks. He showed me all of the options and let me make my own decision. I wanted to have a remote starter and sunroof put in the car. This took a day longer than expected, so Shawn offered to drive the car to my work (50 mins away) so that I would not be inconvenienced. I was thrilled! Even after the car was leased, I had a question about something. Shawn emailed me right back and answered my question in detail. I love the showroom too! My family was with me and they got a free lunch while i was looking at cars. What a great place! I have recommended Shawn and Acton Toyota to all my family and friends! More

I just bought my first new car a few days ago from Acton Toyota. I did google the review for Toyota dealers and from this site and others I found Acton Toyota has good reputation. Overall it is an easy and pleasant experience. I contacted Acton Toyota first to get a quote. Ben Koller spent almost half hour with me, answered my questions patiently and straight forward. I like the quote but to be safe also requested quotes from two other dealers that are actually closer to me. The other two quotes are about $200-500 higher. Ben told me he will be on vocation so someone else will help me but the quote should remain. Later, we worked with Shawn Gormley to buy the car. Shawn is a nice guy. He is patient and takes care of us even though its quite busy end of year. Since this is the first time I buy a new car, I don't have experiences to compare. But the whole process dealing with Acton Toyota is fairy straight forward. I don't feel pressured or anything, can easily test drive the cars I want to. The quote is what Ben told me over the phone. The only additional fee is $245 documentation fee. They gave a trade-in value for my old Acura quickly and the price is about what I expect(I use edmunds.com), so that made it easier. Since the quote and trade-in is reasonable, I don't feel need to negotiate much. I did ask and get some incentive to justify that I bypass the closer dealer and drive to Acton. We need to close the deal before year end to be eligible for the tax deduction benefit, so I appreciate the fact that we can go through all these fairy easily and quickly. We also bought extended warranty. I found it helpful that I got a quote from their website first so I know the price. The facility is great, has a kids playing area, coffee, juice. They also have a cafe that you can get free breakfast or lunch if you need. All in all, I think this dealership has a good culture, good work environment for their employees. Although its a bit far for me to drive, I plan to service my Toyota there. More

I can't say enough about the great experience that I had at Acton Toyota. My first dealings were via the internet with Shawn Gormley. It even had a Cafe where I was treated to a complimentary lunch. Shawn went above and beyond the call of duty during the whole transaction. My dealings with Jack Lloyd in the finance department went extremely well. I was able to leave with my car the same day. Overall I had a very good experience at Acton Toyota. Shawn Gormley, my salesperson was very friendly and went out of his way to make this a comfortable experience for me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy the Tacoma I was interested in. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure, at the end of the day, I was totally satisfied. Jack Lloyd the finance person was also terrific. The deal almost fell through due to a technicality regarding a rebate I was eligible for, however Frank got creative and in the end got me a better financing deal through Toyota. I would highly recommend driving out to Littleton and asking to speak with Shawn and jack regarding a new vehicle. More

New car purchase. I wanted a corolla manual strippy, cheap as I could get. I found this trim was was not in inventory at any local dealers. Shawn Gormley matched the lowest quote I was given and arranged a swap. I was apprehensive that the deal wasn't going to go through and I would be steered towards buying a higher priced model. Shawn kept me posted almost daily about the progress of my "F status" swap. He personally made sure my vehicle was ready to drive away soon after Acton received the car. The OTD price Shawn gave me was the one I got. He even picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership AFTER the close. I cannot speak highly enough of the courteous, honorable and straightforward manner with which I was treated by this man. By the way I'm a single female who negotiated the deal mostly by myself. I thought for sure I was going to be pushed around. I'm glad to say I was wrong. More
