It was ok I had to take a couple of days off work because they said they could not get me to work but they could pick me up. We live in an area where there is no Lyft no Uber no Taxi one bus but you can't co they said they could not get me to work but they could pick me up. We live in an area where there is no Lyft no Uber no Taxi one bus but you can't count on them to be on time so I just had to take the days off. On Friday afternoon they did loan me a car so I didn't have to miss Monday I am grateful for that. More

They repaired drivers window in order to complete a door latch recall. Less than 3 months window fails to operate. I was told by service manager the work has NO warranty! It has cost me over $500 to have latch recall. Less than 3 months window fails to operate. I was told by service manager the work has NO warranty! It has cost me over $500 to have the door latch recall completed and workmanship has no guarantee. Thoroughly disgusted with service! Also had car for almost two weeks off and on. Definitely not the way I choose to run my business. More

Cassie is an amazing service advisor.
