My wife and I have 2 boys and 3 dogs that keep us busy. We love to travel mainly to beach destinations. I also ski in the wintertime.

PAINFUL! I will NEVER go back there to even get car serviced Clearly 10 yrs ago wasn't nearly long enough to stay away @ Brent Brown when I bought my 1st Rav4. Trust me, I am disgusted enough this time I will never be back! I don't like the new body style, but know that after having a Rav 4, I wouldn't be happy going back to a corolla. When I expressed intrest in a certified Rav 4 (because of the body style) I felt extreem presure & bullied. I didnt even drive it out of the lot before papers were signed. Comments made by 2 guys in finance that I "should be happier, I was getting a new car!" I got it home & next morning realized how dirty it was inside! I realize it was used, but for xxxx sakes anyone would expect the car to be spotless when buying from a dealer. Greg & Shane rude & worthless when I called about it. Until I could talk to karyn, nobody bothered to tell me of the 7 day exchange policy! I settled for a 2014 Rav4. At least it was clean inside. More

Sheldon is exactly the type of person with whom I like to deal. I explained what I was looking for. He showed me what inventory there was that fit my description. There was no pressuring to sell me one car over another. When we found the right car, I had my trade-in appraised. It came in $500 more than another dealer in Orem where I had checked for a car (not Toyota). Sheldon was patient while overnight my wife and I considered the financial commitment needed to purchase the car. I had hoped for a little more "give" in the price but went ahead. I would request Sheldon every time I have a car purchase need at Brent Brown Toyota. You are fortunate to have this a customer friendly/savvy floor manager in your organization. I would recommend him to any of my friends who are looking to purchase a car--new or used. More

We were very nervous to go to a dealership when we needed to buy a car to replace ours that no longer works. Our last experience with a big name dealership was SO BAD and left such a horrible memory with us to buy a car to replace ours that no longer works. Our last experience with a big name dealership was SO BAD and left such a horrible memory with us (for over a year now) that we swore we would never go to a dealership again. However, after searching around for a minivan that we could afford, that was in good - clean shape ... and driving a lot that were none of these things, I found this van on the internet late on a Saturday night. I emailed the address on the posting and didn't think we would do anything else with it at that point. Taylor, at Brent Brown called me first thing Monday morning. She was very pleasant and let me vent a little about our last "dealer" experience - and she was understanding and genuine about it with me. I told her we would come drive the van and we didn't want to sit at any desk or table and that we would let them know if we were interested after we had time to talk it over. She said she would pass on the information to the salesman that was over that van. We arrived and were totally surprised to find that Sheldon already knew our name and was expecting us. He had the key ready for us to test drive the van - no questions, no pressure, no unpleasant "dealer" tactics that we encountered at the other place. We were allowed to test drive without the pressure of a sales person riding with us, we were allowed to take the van to our mechanic to have it looked over (almost a two hour event - between taking the car, getting in to our mechanic and getting back to Orem to the dealership). The best part was, my husband stated what we would need to happen and what price we needed to walk out the door and Sheldon Williams came through - perfectly!! THANKS BRENT BROWN for a very pleasant car buying experience!! More

My husband and I purchased 2 new vehicles from Brent Brown Toyota a week ago and we couldn't be happier with our experience!! We went in about an hour before the dealership closed and the staff never once rushed us on our decision - they allowed all the time we needed and never once pressured us. The entire staff at Brent Brown was very personable and friendly at the same time very professional. They worked the best deal possible for us and exceeded our expectations! This was our best car purchasing experience yet, we will be sure to return!!! More

Dustin and Andrew worked hard to make the deal work for the dealership but not the customer. Shelton after the signing showed his temper. Kyle was very mean, demeaning and threatening. I went to Brent Brown for a new Toyota, and was pleased with our experience. Our salespeople were friendly, attentive, and gave me us a very competitive deal.
