Sheraz worked patiently with me to find just the right car at the right price. His communications were excellent. I found a beautiful black 440xi that has been a joy to drive. When I had some minor service issues I brought it to Kyle and he worked with me to get them resolved. One issue was minor but fairly difficult to resolve. I felt strongly that he heard me and was working hard to solve my issues. They restored my faith in good customer service and I remain a happy customer. I'll buy my next car from them, no question. More

I was lucky enough to be able to work with the same sales representative, Sheraz Sheikh, who sold me my 328xi nine years prior. I visited several dealerships beforehand and he made the process easy and enjoyable. I have always felt that he is looking out for me and 100 percent got me the best value on the model I wanted.
