I have always wanted to own a BMW, but as a teacher I hadn't been able to justify the cost. Sheraz and Justin worked with me to get the best deal on an amazing 2017 BMW X1. There was no back and forth between Sheraz and some unknown and unseen sales manager. There was no intense pressure from Justin to purchase unneeded services. And John helped me to navigate through all of the many features that the car had so I would be able to fully enjoy my new car. I was worried I wouldn't be taken seriously or not treated well because I am not wealthy and do not make a lot of money. My experience couldn't have been further from this scenario. I highly recommend to anyone searching for a new vehicle to go to Herb Chambers BMW. You will not regret it!! More

There's never any pressure and he worked closely with me to get exactly the options I wanted. I just took Performance Center delivery of a 2016 X5e Plug In Hybrid and it was a very good experience. The driving school was very good and the instructors were extremely knowledgeable. When I took delivery the associate was expert at the X5E and showed me every single feature of the car. He also paired my phone and downloaded the remote app and got it going and demonstrated it. I highly recommend Herb Chambers BMW Boston and Sheraz as my sales associate More

Service: I'd like to thank James Gibbons who has been my service advisor on multiple occasions doing an exceptional job in servicing my 2012 X5. From check-in to check-out, everyone is doing a phenomenal job (valet, receptionist, loaner service, service advisor, etc.). The lounge area is very comfortable should you choose to wait, or opt-in for courtesy shuttle drop-off or book a loaner in advance, many options are available to ensure customers like myself are happy with the whole experience. Sheraz Sheikh met us at the door and was very helpful in getting us set up to test drive the vehicle. My husband and I loved how the car drove, so we engaged with Sheraz in person and via email about the X5. He was very responsive, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He let us come to a decision about purchasing the vehicle without any pressure. We purchased the X5 and are very happy with the upgrade! He also promised my son a BMW hat and he delivered on the day we got the keys. My son was thrilled! We look forward to working with him in the future. We also worked with Devan Frye who walked us through the inside of the vehicle and the computer system that is so integral to the vehicle operating correctly. He was very patient with me and has asked us to come back in to get a more thorough tutorial on the vehicle. More

We are from NJ, and it happened that this Boston dealer had 1 of 2 available Vermillon Red X5s with 8 cylinder engine. Sheraz showed us the car, facilitated a great deal, took care of obtaining our NJ registration, and delivered our new X5 as promised. Upon taking delivery, we received a nice BMW gift. We also appreciated Sales Mgr Aaron Allsopp personally extending his best wishes on our new purchase and fir happiness with our new car. My wife and I greatly appreciated the fine service received from both gentleman, and we left as completely satisfied customers. Excellent experience all around. More
