He remembers preferences and makes every effort to honor them. Likewise, his communication is impeccable, providing timely updates about developments such as delivery, paperwork, and pick up. This time around our lease paperwork was overseen by Lisa Puggi, who did a superb job of preparing the paperwork and explaining it to ensure that we understood each element of the lease agreement. From the moment we called and talked to Steve to when we were meeting him in person we felt like we were important. The car inventory is very low but that didn’t matter. The whole dealership works together as a team to help their clients. It is refreshing to see. The day we picked up our car Steve was supposed to be off but he came in anyway. We really appreciate his efforts and the time that he, Simo, Rob, and Lisa spent with us in the purchase of our Atlas Cross Sport. We love it and will be recommending them to everyone! More
