I ordered my id4 in October and received it in March. Simo kept me updated on the status of the car. The buying process was thorough and quick, but not rushed. Most of the sale was completed over phone and text. Simo was very knowledgeable and found the car I wanted right away. When I went to pick up the car all paperwork was in order and I was out the door Simo was very knowledgeable and found the car I wanted right away.
