This is THE WORST dealership I’ve ever been too. And it’s not even close.! My wife & I took our Yukon Denali in on a Tuesday. Monday came around (6 days later), and we still hadn’t heard from them. Then FINA not even close.! My wife & I took our Yukon Denali in on a Tuesday. Monday came around (6 days later), and we still hadn’t heard from them. Then FINALLY the employee (‘Kyle’) reaches out, but only AFTER we called the service dept to figure out why they didn’t update us in 6 friggin’ days!!! THEN ‘Kyle’ lies to me about when they look at the car. Of course I caught him in a lie, and he immediately got on his bike to back peddle. AND let’s not forget that a week prior, you charged me $600 and didn’t even fix the problem. So I had to bring it back. Horrible customer service. Will be taking my business (literally 15 miles out of my way) to the downtown dealership. I’m also getting ready to post on every single page I can about how crap this dealership is. It’s truly astonishing. P.S. this isn’t the first time we’ve taken our vehicle to you. It’s like the 5th or 6th. (check your system). So if you’re thinking I’m just another crazy ‘Karen’, I’m not. You guys just suck that bad. Btw, my uncle is an executive at GM, so it’ll be easy to skip the queue and contact whomever is over your head regionally. looking fwd to it. More

I am beginning to wonder if I purchased a lemon. 2020 Z71 purchased new 0 miles. 3 times left stranded because it would not start. No one can figure out this $50,000 vehicles problem. $800 a month is Z71 purchased new 0 miles. 3 times left stranded because it would not start. Great Service Department Experience I was very pleasantly surprised at my experience in the service department today. Every employee was pleasant. Negligently damaged my car and refused to fix it. Took my Acadia in for power steering pump replacement. Even though they admitted that they had long been aware that leaving Acadias on a frame lift c Took my Acadia in for power steering pump replacement. Even though they admitted that they had long been aware that leaving Acadias on a frame lift could damage the front struts, they took no precautions and ruined both front struts. There is even a bulletin, out since 2012, warning of this issue. They admitted that they knew about the bulletin. They said that it only happened every once in a while. That makes it OK? Now my car is unsafe to drive, and they refuse to fix the damage that they have caused unless I pay them an additional $950.00 plus. So, my car sits on their lot, unusable. More

Great Buying Experience My wife wanted a new car. Randy Legge did a GREAT job of handling her and she ended up with a Buick Lacrosse. She loves it. We have had Cadillacs f My wife wanted a new car. Randy Legge did a GREAT job of handling her and she ended up with a Buick Lacrosse. She loves it. We have had Cadillacs for 40 years but just could not fine one we liked. Matt did a Great job handling the finances and Ric was unbelievably helpful with delivery, especially OnStar. Ric's hand out on OnStar was and is an unbelievable help, particularly how it was numbered and color coated. It was a GREAT experience and my wife loves the car. I definitely recommend Wilson County Motors. Stephen Moon is one of the best service writers I have ever come across. You just can't miss with this dealership. More
