Appreciated being able to take our time over a number of days without being pressured or "written off" by the sales person. Was glad we could do final price negotiation over the phone. We purchased a used vehicle from Steve Henigan today and I must say the service he provided was by far the best we have experienced at any dealership. Steve went the extra mile in so far as obtaining specs I must say the service he provided was by far the best we have experienced at any dealership. Steve went the extra mile in so far as obtaining specs of competitive vehicles so we could make a decision based on facts not generalities. He responded to every question completely and when he did not have an answer he got back to us within a very short time. When we picked up the car it was ready to go - spotless fueled up and ready for the road. He did his very best to assist us in our purchase, not sell us a car. There is a huge difference in the two. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Toyota of Des Moines. I only wish I had not wasted my time visiting other Dealers. More

I set the bar high for a new vehicile with what I wanted and have been working with Steve to hit all the marks and Steve worked really well with me and answered all my questions. I realize nothing is for free and I knew what I wanted and the invoice pricing and felt what I was getting was a fair price overall. I have received exactly what I wanted. This new vehicle is used with only 2300 miles but very close to new. I only wished the new car free oil changes special that was offered came with this purchase but I understand that I purchased a used certified vehicle. Steve is the best in his field and I will be back for years to comes and will recommend Toyota of DesMoines to others. More

This is the second car we have purchased here. Steve is a very easy sales person to work with, Price of my 2007 camry was fair and the incentive to purchase the new car was great.
