He was very prompt at getting back to me after my initial inquiry (within minutes) online. At delivery, the man who took me through the vehicle info again (Joe) was great. He answered my questions before I even had to ask. The only part of the experience where I felt a little pressure was from the loan officer on the extended warranty. He wasn't exactly pushy, but it was slightly more than just talking through the options like Steve did. I got the feeling he may have pushed a little more but I made a comment about everyone saying how great and reliable the Toyota was and I felt I'd be throwing my money away. He didn't have a response on that one and things went quickly from that point. He was very polite and helpful, but just a tad more assertive about the add-ons. He was a very nice gentleman though. More

We enjoy working with Steve because he doesn't waste our time going back and forth with prices. He seems personable and doesn't give us that "Car Salesman Attitude" if you know what I mean.
