after visiting a out-of town dealer and experiencing the high pressure tactics they used, it was a pleasure to go to David Bruce & deal with Dave Sosnowski. No pressue. I was pleasently suprised that after high pressure tactics they used, it was a pleasure to go to David Bruce & deal with Dave Sosnowski. No pressue. I was pleasently suprised that after going over prices for several vehicles he said "take your time". I went home to review all options. The 'out-of-town' dealer didn't want me to leave. Had to demand my car keys back. Never again!! I have since bought 2 cars from Dave & I won't bother with any other dealer from this point forward. I have also dealt with Steve Lach (servcie advisor) on several occasions. Another pleasant suprise!! He is always very helpful and answers all questions I might have. Having a good service dept. is also very important to me. More

I was in need of getting new vehicle; was going to wait until Summer months of 2011; On Tuesday, February 1st Blizzard began late afternoon in Kankakee County; driving with my employer in his 2011 Mercedes until Summer months of 2011; On Tuesday, February 1st Blizzard began late afternoon in Kankakee County; driving with my employer in his 2011 Mercedes; tire pressure warning signal came on as passing David Bruce Auto; Closed sign due to weather on service door; mgr and his men were inside; opened garage door (even though it was Mercedes purchased from competitor across from this establishment)mgr. had his service crew check pressure and fill all tires with air; so impressed by their courtesy decided to move my purchase of a vehicle up; went back next day and purchased the Mazda from Janelle, who myself and family members have had dealings -- just a very courteous; non pressured environment -- Other car dealerships should use the DavidBruce crew to train their staff or look into what's going on there -- they have it right. More
