Hands down Steve Norris was one of the best employees I have ever worked with . Smart , Knowledgeable , Respectful , Honest and wasn't trying to sell you just any car . He made sure it was the right car for the specific person . I might actually go back next week and get another one from him !!!

My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
We were received professionally, the Grand Cherokee Overland was explained adequately for our purposes, the advice on leasing (we had planned to buy) was sound, the little glitches to complete the transaction (mix-up on color of interior leather) was handled immediately and pleasantly, the financing terms were (although we had to wait a few minutes) explained in a straightforward manner, and the pick up two days later, including a more detailed explanation of the operation of the car and the media system, was handled thoroughly and well.

Once my husband and I walked in he gave us all the attention and help we needed. We walked in with a dream, and with his help, our dream came true. Steve is a wonderful sales man and very truthful and loyal. We could tell as soon as we met him that he was determined to get us the car we wanted. I HIGHLY recommend him to EVERYONE!!! My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
After shopping for several months for a Jeep and purchasing one from another dealer in Brooklyn, which turn out to be an awful experience, to the point where I refused the new car upon delivery. I call Steve NORRIS at Manhattan Jeep, who I had spoken with several months prior to this. I explained to Steve with happened and without hestitation, Steve told me to come in and we could do business.

On 2/2/12 was met with Steve at the dealership and drove out in a new Jeep. In this day when going into a dealship and speaking with a salesperson is like going to the dentist, Steve was a breath of fresh air. Steve made this purchase without any stress to me. The car was clean and ready when Steve told me it would be. Steve is a true professional and a credit to the Manhattan Jeep dealships.

I would NOT hesitate to go back to this dealership and purchase another vehicle from Steve NORRIS, and I would recommend Steve and Manhattan Jeep dealship to anyone who asked.

Steve Norris did a great job with our recent lease. High level of professionalism and responsiveness. Had a small issue with the car shortly after picking it up and Steve was very helpful, he met me at the service station in person and had the issue fixed very quickly. The entire process was painless. I highly recommend speaking with Steve Norris if you are interested in a Jeep.
