Recently had my truck in for routine service. I brought my truck in for routine service and they noticed several things that needed to be fixed. Most of it covered under warranty. I appreciate their level of detail and thoroughness. I feel comfort in the fact my truck will continue to be dependable. Tire rotation and car wash was just icing on the cake. Thanks.!!! More

Services Once I again very disappointed with this dealership, poor customer service. I called the dealership to see if my extended warranty covered my breaks b Once I again very disappointed with this dealership, poor customer service. I called the dealership to see if my extended warranty covered my breaks because when I purchased the vehicle they were already bad ,and the guy who helped me on the phone was extremely rude. The fact that I'm paying so much for a car that supposedly has coverage, yet It seems like nothing is covered it's very unacceptable. I've had so many bad experiences at GMC if I could return my vehicle and go to another dealership I would. Strongly suggest to work on their costumer service. More

Is car buying supposed to be fun? I am one of those people that only buys a new car about every 10 years. The time had come for a new one and we had such good luck with our GMC Yukon I am one of those people that only buys a new car about every 10 years. The time had come for a new one and we had such good luck with our GMC Yukon that we were looking at the GMC Acadia as we no longer need a large vehicle. We went to the car show in Phoenix and had pretty much made up our minds on what we wanted. We stopped at Liberty GMC on the way home to see if we could test drive an Acadia. We were greeted by the salesman (Bobby G.) and told him what we wanted to do. He immediately got a vehicle for us to test drive and off we went. At the conclusion of the drive we told him we weren't quite ready to buy but that we would be back when we were. Several days later we made an appointment with Bobby and proceeded with the purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted and Bobby came through for us on every aspect. It wasn't just a cut and dried thing and there was lots of leg work in it for Bobby, but the whole process was fun. Bobby put in the extra effort for us, laughed with us when things got a little crazy and all in all just made the whole experience very enjoyable. The entire staff was very professional and answered my every question and concern. Sure, it takes several hours to go through the process, but when it is as enjoyable as it was, it isn't a big deal. Liberty will get my new car business again....in about 10 years, and I hope Bobby G is still there to work with. More
