Great Experience I've had my vehicle in twice for service and have been exceptionally pleased with the experience. Another great job !!! Sent my 18 year old son up for some service and he was taken care of and not taken advantage of. Service work repairs Had to bring in my 2013 GMC Terrain for the second time due to a reoccurring oil leak. This time they were able to pinpoint the 'real' issue. They had Had to bring in my 2013 GMC Terrain for the second time due to a reoccurring oil leak. This time they were able to pinpoint the 'real' issue. They had it fixed and returned my car back to me the next day. I was sorry that I had to make two visits for the same problem, but glad they were able to fix the problem. More

Very positive experience I stopped at Liberty "to look" in December and ended up purchasing a 2013 Yukon. John Harrison was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did not hurry I stopped at Liberty "to look" in December and ended up purchasing a 2013 Yukon. John Harrison was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did not hurry me through the process. He assisted me with some minor things after the purchase, which had to be handled by mail, since I live in Flagstaff. My Yukon was due its first oil change and as I pulled into the service lane, Steve Okeson came out to greet me. He had answers for all my questions and was very helpful with a warranty issue. The service was quick and the car wash was a pleasant surprise. More
