I've bought 2 Acuras over the years because of the quality of Davis's service department and its manager, Steve Pulli. I have one car and no alternatives. I've had three strange problems, and each tim quality of Davis's service department and its manager, Steve Pulli. I have one car and no alternatives. I've had three strange problems, and each time they went above and beyond to solve the problem (sometimes it took more than one visit) and keep me on the road, with a loaner or transportation home if necessary. I've also gotten helpful information from other staff at Davis -- the entire place seems very client-focused. I need that kind of support, which is why I buy my cars there. (I didn't rate price because between warranty and insurance, my price has been $0 so far other than routine maintenance.) More

Outstanding team of professionals in the Service Department at Davis Acura. Been taking my Acuras to them for over 20 years - even those purchased from other dealers - and they consistently exceed m Department at Davis Acura. The service Manager Steve, and Chris were absolutely fantastic! The service mgr was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The service dept took great care of my SUV. The service department at Davis Acura was professional and clearly communicated with me the services that I wanted/needed for my 2014 Acura RDX. On 7/29/2021, I brought my vehicle in for service for th and clearly communicated with me the services that I wanted/needed for my 2014 Acura RDX. On 7/29/2021, I brought my vehicle in for service for the first time. Once I arrived, Service Consultant Jason Thomas was assisting someone else, but he also greeted me and told me to come inside to get checked in. I appreciated that initial greeting as it made me feel like my time was being valued. I informed Jason that I had an appointment with Service Consultant Chris Yates. Chris finished the check-in process and confirmed/reviewed with me the work that I requested to have done. I decided to leave the dealership as opposed to wait, but Chris left a voicemail on my phone stating that my RDX was ready to be picked up. He informed me of the work that was done as well as an issue regarding a seatbelt that prevented them from being able to complete the PA state inspection. Chris informed me that the seatbelt was ordered and that I would be notified once the part arrived. I knew about the seatbelt issue, so this was not a surprise that the inspection could not be completed. To provide a quick story, I purchased the vehicle in August of 2020. Since I do not have any children and nobody has sat in the back seats, I never realized until almost a year later when I was vacuuming the carpets that the right rear seat is missing a seatbelt. Surprisingly, it only took a week for the seatbelt to arrive and I was notified by text message that the part had arrived. Fortunately, I was able to go on Davis Acura's website and schedule a service appointment for the same day (8/5/2021). On 8/5/2021, the Service Consultant that I worked with was Andrew Piker. Andrew informed me that there would be no charge for the cost of the seatbelt and any other costs associated with the installation of the part. I was grateful to not have that added expense and that Davis Acura was going to cover the costs related to this strange situation. Andrew confirmed with me the inspection results as well as clarified any further questions and concerns that I had. Overall, I had a positive experience with the entire service department at Davis Acura and I plan on using them in the future. Nick Eberhardt More
