Steve is a true professional and treats his customers with respect and dignity. I have lived in St. Charles for 36 years and have used this dealership that entire time and have been extremely satisfie with respect and dignity. Steve was not there in the beginning but his addition to the Ford team has been a blessing in how he addresses the needs of all customers he encounters. How Steve addresses his position based on his knowledge and experience lends itself to building a satisfied customer base, which leads to repeat sales and service building customer loyalty by showing that he and Hawk Ford care about their customers.
