Steve is a true professional and treats his customers with respect and dignity. I have lived in St. Charles for 36 years and have used this dealership that entire time and have been extremely satisfie with respect and dignity. Steve was not there in the beginning but his addition to the Ford team has been a blessing in how he addresses the needs of all customers he encounters. Great customer service and everyone seemed genuine. A few other customers were waiting and they all seemed to be getting taken care of per their needs as well.
