You couldn't ask for a better dealership than Crown! We went to Crown Nissan the other day to purchase two 2019 Murano's SL. We knew it was going to be a difficult task as we just purchased a 2019 Ram t We went to Crown Nissan the other day to purchase two 2019 Murano's SL. We knew it was going to be a difficult task as we just purchased a 2019 Ram truck in March of this year. To our surprise, the deal came thru for two of the Murano SL's. The sales people, Ross Hiatt and Cathy Voogd were terrific. You could not ask for anyone better. They took the time to explain everything in the cars. We felt very comfortable in the purchasing of these vehicles. Not all sales people take the time to go over everything. Once you sign the deal, they run! Not Ross and Cathy!!!! They were there until we completely finished everything. I want to say a very, very special thank you to Steve Swope! Without Steve's help, this deal would not have come together. Everyone in the dealership was great! From the sales personnel, finance department, general sales manger and anyone else that helped us get the deal, we are very pleased. This is a great dealership that does go the extra mile to help you get the vehicles you want. Yes, I will continue to buy from Crown Nissan and will definitely recommend them to my friends. My son is now talking about buying a Murano! More

Lied about Demo Car Received a lease offer from Steve for a vehicle with 8 miles. Drove an hour to the dealership. Vehicle they tried to offer me was a demo vehicle with 3600 miles. Thank God I checked the mileage. This is the most blatant car dealer scam I've ever experienced. More

Customer service at it's finest Every time I have mantience done on my Juke, I head to Crown Nissan and get in Rob Coffee's line. He is friendly, funny and really gets what customer service is all about. He made sure I was taken care of when the passenger door wouldn't open, and when I was having ignition problems. The facility is clean and efficient, and stopping by for a quick oil change is no problem. I highly recommend this dealership for purchases and continued service. More
