Very professional and approachable service department. Susan Tarquini, Service Director, met with me and understood my concerns about changing to a new service department after moving to the area. She introduced me to Sean DaSilva, my service advisor, who took care of my immediate need for a new battery, ensuring I understand the warranty and how to activate it should I have any starting problems down the road. They also identified some other service that needed to be done, related to the drive shaft, etc. I was able to schedule that for a few days later when the work was done promptly and aligned with the estimate. Sean provides good explanations with pictures, is careful, attentive, kind, and has a sense of humor. More

Completely Satisfied with Sean DeSilva Service on yesterday. Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable. He made sure that he explained and that I understood somethings needed to be taken care of yesterday. Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate Sean taking the time to walk me through the Multi-Point Inspection Form. Most importantly the colors. Keep everything in green! I had only 2 Red during this visit.
