Completely Satisfied with Sean DeSilva Service on yesterday. Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable. He made sure that he explained and that I understood somethings needed to be taken care of yesterday. Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable. He made sure that he explained and that I understood somethings needed to be taken care of during this visit to get me through this winter season. I really appreciate Sean taking the time to walk me through the Multi-Point Inspection Form. Most importantly the colors. Keep everything in green! I had only 2 Red during this visit. My Husband and I were both lucky to have Katherine Nguyen as our helper. She took good care of us. She is very attentive, focused and determined. She likes what she does, anybody can tell. We did our servi as our helper. She took good care of us. She is very attentive, focused and determined. She likes what she does, anybody can tell. I just want to take the time to acknowledge the customer service of Sean Desilva. I was very distraught when my wife accidently filled up her tank with Diesel fuel. When the car was brough into Herb Chambe service of Sean Desilva. I was very distraught when my wife accidently filled up her tank with Diesel fuel. When the car was brough into Herb Chambers, I knew that cost was not going to be cheap. Sean, who was the advisor, suggested that I go through my insurance which I never even though of. I contacted my insurance, and a claim was open. Sean made sure he was there to review the work that was needed to get the car working. Sean continued to follow up with me daily which was helpful giving the fact the insurance was dragging its feet. The car was completed but its seem there were more issues than anticipated so we needed the adjusted back for a supplement. Again, Sean made sure that he was available to explain to the adjuster the reason it was necessary. Sean continued to follow up with me daily until the supplement was approved and once it was approved Sean made sure the work was completed in a timely manner. Not only did Sean assist me in saving money be suggesting that I go through the insurance but his attention to details really calmed me during this difficult process. I want to take this time to thank Sean for everything and Herb Chambers will be my first choice of service. Also, Susan Tarquini played a role, so I do want to recognize her as well. I also told everything about Sean so Sean will be very busy. More

Now I came in for my first oil change and had a horrible experience. I was there 20 min before I was acknowledged by a service advisor. People in line behind me got their oil change done before me. It took them an hour and 15 min before they started mine. In total I was there almost 2.5 hours for a xxxx oil change More
