i have bought all my cars from jeff wyler, but this time my sales person really went out of her way to get me the car i really wanted, when the first one didn't work out she searched until she found another one, it is the exact car i wanted and i love it. i would recommend jeff wyler automall and tammie to everybody. peggy campbell

I went to just look at cars and ended up buying one. Tammie had sold my daughter her new car and was really nice. She recommended I test drive a Soul they had just gotten in. I loved it. Awesome experience! Would absolutely recommend Tammie and the entire staff at Jeff Wyler-Springfield. Tammie was extremely accommodating, friendly, and not at all pushy. Often times when shopping for a new car we joke about being in a "shark tank" with all the sales people attacking you at once and not giving you a chance to explore on your own... this was not the case at all! Tammie was awesome!

I Love, Love, LOVE my new Malibu. I had a unique situation when trying to look for a car and am a "picky" person. Tammie worked for over a week to find a car I liked and would work for me. She always let me know what was going on, but didn't pester me. Once the vehicle was found, I made an appointment to come in and sign paperwork. Everything was ready for me when I arrived and was in and out in a very short amount of time. The whole process was very easy. This dealership is a joy to work with. I know if I have any questions / concerns I can call up and any of people I met would be willing to answer or help me out....from F&I, sales, sales management. Thanks Tammie !!

very good customer service. had problems with the a/c and the wiper blades were bad. they fixed this right away free of charge and also filled my gas tank up. couldnt ask for any better customer service. also called me to check to see if everything was going ok with my new vehicle.

Tammie was just the best! She was just the type salesperson we appreciated because she let us look without 'hovering' over us. Being in sales, I understand what a good salesperson can and should do and Tammie was the best example!!
Scott helped me understand all the different systems and what this car can do!! He was so patient and invited me back as many times as needed to learn it all.
A very good experience from both
