Service is easy at Beaver. Robert is always helpful and friendly. I came in for tires this time. We had a discussion about which tire would be best. Mount, balance and alignment. Safety first. It just took a few hours to do the work. Coffee and tv available. Nice bright waiting area. Tammy checks on you, just another friendly touch. I had just returned from a trip, my car was fuilthy. Beaver washed my car, what a treat. More

Took over two and a half hours for a scheduled oil change! Arrived 5 minutes early, person that was to work with was out for covid (understandable) so they gave me Trey Cammeron. My car went back imme change! Arrived 5 minutes early, person that was to work with was out for covid (understandable) so they gave me Trey Cammeron. My car went back immediately…so far, so good I thought. More people started coming in after me. I waited, and waited and waited. Started noticing people that came in behind me were already serviced and leaving. Hour and a half I check with Trey to see what he problem was. He said for me to return to the waiting room and he would be with me in 5 minutes. Okay I thought…as I was sure my car was done and probably had been for a while and we just needed to finish the paperwork. 35 more minutes go by…no Trey. He’d been on the phone, and then left out to the car lot with a customer talking for over 30minutes. I contact a lady at the desk who can tell I’m not happy..at all! She says she would check on my car’s status. Her and another girl go to look for Trey. I finally point them to the car lot outside where Trey’s been for now well over 35 minutes. He breaks away immediately, runs back to his post and starts rummaging through his stack of papers. My car had been done…just the paperwork wasn’t. Very unprofessional! The lady helping me, knowing I’m very pissed at this point, does the right thing and immediately sends me over to another person at a different station to finish the paperwork and to let me be on my way. Cudos for her! I’m not one that gets riled easily, and I have been getting my cars serviced here for years satisfactorily, but I was ready to give Trey a good piece of my mind!!! There was NO excuse for this. Now for the other problem observation. Seems there is a culture of disconnect at Beaver Toyota St. Augustine of employees working together. To Trey’s credit, he was indeed very busy while other station employees seemed to be cruising on easy street exercising their thumbs on their cellphones. I watched one employee at one of the very first stations do not much more than continually motion cars to move down the line to the next stations.as they came in. How convenient! He gets more iPhone playtime while those at the end stations get to work their butts off! He doesn’t offer to help, knowing fully well the other teammates are drowning and falling behind! Nope, that’s their problem. Everyone stays in their own work lane. I noticed inside employees here and there with their cellphones in their hands. I haven’t a clue as to even what their jobs could be, but obviously working is not one of them. Seems there is a lot of totally wasted manpower. Employees seem to have lack of direction and little if any priorities. Especially in Customer service in my case. And that, folks, is a management problem! They have plenty of people there to do the work, but it’s just not getting done..at least not in a timely manner. Management needs desperately to step up their game! More

Everyone at Beaver Toyota have always been nice, polite, and very eager to help in any way. I have bought 4 Toyota cars from Beaver Toyota and been WOWED from salesmen to service folks every time.
