Great to deal with and a great environment! I'm constantly getting coupons from Manly Honda for oil changes and other services so I decided to give them a try. This was my second time using a co I'm constantly getting coupons from Manly Honda for oil changes and other services so I decided to give them a try. This was my second time using a coupon for a $29.99 oil change. From when I pull up to when I collect my keys at the end, everyone is kind and eager to take care of business. Workers will vacuum my car, and in addition to the oil change, go through a simple check up to make sure things like the lights, tire pressures, horn and battery are all in working order. I was offered a free shuttle service while I waited, and although I didn't use it, the dealer itself is brand new and very nice to wait in, as they have lots of seating and entertainment like TV, Magazines and even a small snack counter with cookies, coffee, and other treats. Overall, with or without a coupon, this is the best service I think I have ever had. More

They service both my cr-v and my accord.excently. The power steering and the air bag was replaced on the CR'V the first day. Trials and tribulations, but success at the end of the day. I had an emergency need for an oil change. I was at first told that I could not get it done until next week, but needed it before then. Parts sold m I had an emergency need for an oil change. I was at first told that I could not get it done until next week, but needed it before then. Parts sold me the oil and the filter, printed out the directions for how to change the oil and filter for the Insight Hybrid, and checked with an oil change company in Santa Rosa that could take me on a walk in basis the same day. Because during the last 10 years none of my Honda's have ever been serviced anywhere else, I was not completely happy with this outcome. I then went into the sales area and talked with Jeff (actually I suggested you not sell any more cars sine they were unable to service them). He helped me, called in Ted, who is always great to deal with, and together the had the service department use the oil that I had purchased and change the oil and filter and reset the proper indicators. So in the end, my faith in Manly Honda was restored. More

Nice people and good service I've been going to Manly for seven years now and been happy with their service department even though they sometimes try to sell you more service tha I've been going to Manly for seven years now and been happy with their service department even though they sometimes try to sell you more service than you need. But they ARE a business, so no big deal to me. Yesterday I finally got the driver's side airbag replaced (hurrah) and turned in my rental car which I was driving for almost three months (another hurrah). I decided to get an annual service while I was there and opted to have the headlight lenses on my Fit cleared of road wear and the job they did was pretty good but with a small section of the job not finished. I didn't take the car back because the time spent for them to fix that (small) thing wouldn't be worth the time, and the lenses are improved to the point where they function much better. The other thing was that I had to be a bit of a "squeaky wheel" to make sure I got my drive back home during the airbag replacement and maintainance, and that saved me waiting an extra hour. So...if you are going to get your car worked on make sure you get there a half hour before the top of the hour to make sure you can get your ride. I was told when I made the appointment that fifteen minutes before would be fine...not true. They are particularly busy right now with the airbag recalls. Basically I really like these folks... More

Great Service department I have been using Manky Hinda service since 2001, and every time I come in the staff is courteous, polite and respectful of my time. Bill Robertson is I have been using Manky Hinda service since 2001, and every time I come in the staff is courteous, polite and respectful of my time. Bill Robertson is often my service advisor as he was today, and even if there are computer glitches, or issues (RARE!) he is so kind and considerate. The shuttle drivers are ALWAYS courteous and today I had the pleasure of riding with Santiago, who was great. All staff jump in if they see you walk in and are truly happy to help(Bill P., Ted K.) Tom Haidet is Awesome! Ted and Tom are Awesome! Took my 2015 Pilot in for it's second service and inquired about looking at the new CRVs, Ted introduced me to Tom and aft Ted and Tom are Awesome! Took my 2015 Pilot in for it's second service and inquired about looking at the new CRVs, Ted introduced me to Tom and after a good discussion and a 2016 CRV test drive, I was convinced that this was a better vehicle for me. Hasmore bells and whistles than the Pilot and i felt more comfortable driving it. Drove a brand new (132 miles) CRV off the lot the same day. I love my new Honda CRV! Kudos to Tom!!! More
