Terrance is tops! Terrance made my experience at Fred Anderson wonderful. As a senior female, I appreciated being treated as an intelligent woman. Too often I've been talked to in a patronizing manner by car dealers. I am thrilled with my bright red 2014 RAV4! Excellent Customer Service I researched the vehicle I wanted and found it online where it directed me to Fred Anderson Toyota. I was skeptical about going because we all know how the dealership hassle can be. I received a friendly call from one of the salesmen Terrence inviting me for a test drive. Well long story short I am VERY pleased with the respectful, courteous, and expedited service in purchasing my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to all of my friends. Ok,could have been better! Well, the place and brand of Toyota is good just the used car paperwork was terrible. We pay good money for a well used van but, can't seem to get bo Well, the place and brand of Toyota is good just the used car paperwork was terrible. We pay good money for a well used van but, can't seem to get books to go with it. Was told that we could get them from another van but just not that day. Well, that was three weeks ago and still no books. Seems no no can return phone calls neither. Tried calling David Foster many times for paperwork but he never called us back. I even called a GM from the used car area, seems like Jimmy was his name but, he never called back either. Seem like some personal skills/training are needed in some departments. I was impressed with Terrnce Willams and all his time he put forward to help us. He is truly a great guy and salesmen. David Foster on the other hand is a nice man but, I did not care to do business with him. My insurance company and myself have had many issues trying to reach him many times. Messages were left but never any returned calls. I hope that he can fix any issues he has about returning calls. Besides being a great van for us the dealership did one very nice thing for us. The paperwork needing some more signatures and they drove to Greensboro to get them. I really was impressed with that. I am not sure if I will buy from there again or not. Seemed like good ratings but I am wondering now. I hope things can change for them. Everyone do your homework before buying. More

Why do they nake a blue book!? I found everything used was marked up 2,000 or more above Bluebook or fair market value! Haggle. Haggle Haggle. Terrance W.= Great Customer Service! This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle and Terrance was extremely helpful! He really did everything he could to inform my husband and I and This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle and Terrance was extremely helpful! He really did everything he could to inform my husband and I and if we had any questions or concerns, we were able to contact him whether he was working or not. He even followed up with concerns to make sure things had been taken care of. He was very friendly and made our experience at Fred Anderson Toyota an overall great one. Although he had not been on the job but a week, he showed himself to be very personable, easy to talk to, and pretty knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. More
