Ford Experience My first car was a Mazda 626. That's when the service started. The service advisor at Mazda was great. Then I trade it in for the Escape and came My first car was a Mazda 626. That's when the service started. The service advisor at Mazda was great. Then I trade it in for the Escape and came over to Ford. And been there ever since. I always believe for service of a car. Take it to the maker. The service has always been good. When issues did arise they were resolved quickly. And to my liking. As long as I have a Ford this is where it will come for service. More

Problem not solved Truck has 290 mi on it.There is a 3 second delay shifting into drive. Ford says they can't fix it because they allow 5 seconds. When I pull out the driveway I don't have the luxury to wait 3-5 seconds for my NEW truck to shift into drive. I am a sitting duck. Very disappointed More

worst experience ever I purchased my pre owned car at Pacifico. I was assured I could bring it back there for any repairs. Early Nov. my starter died and I had it towed in I purchased my pre owned car at Pacifico. I was assured I could bring it back there for any repairs. Early Nov. my starter died and I had it towed in for a simple repair. One week later I get a call from Bob notifying me that my car was ready. The best part is when I get there my car would not start and no one knew why! Turns out at some point while PACIFIO was in possession of my car which was only diagnosed as needing a new starter someone at Pacifico broke my key fob. I only knew this after PACIFIO gave up on repairing my car 1 week later and had it towed over to Family Dodge down the street. Instead of Bob and his friend Terry Morrison at PACIFIO owning up to thier mistake I was handed the bill for $350 dollar's to replace my key and a $159 bill from Enterprise because of thier refusal to pay the full amount of the rental car I needed to get my family around during 2 out of the 3 weeks they needed to fully repair my vehicle! I was amazed to encounter such brazen bullying and recklessness in dealing with other people's property. I promptly emailed upper management about my problems: Tom Flynn said he would look into helping but I never heard from him again. More

First oil change My sales person, Rich Sadowski is always so prompt in getting back to me. He's a great salesperson and even helped me to get a service appt when the lady who usually does this had gone home for the day. The service people were very friendly, especially Holly and Terry Morrison. Their customer service skills are excellent. What a warm and friendly place to have my car serviced! More

This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, from the exorbitant prices (I saved over $5000 from a Ford delership in Springfield) to the horrendous Customer Service. An employee that I' with, from the exorbitant prices (I saved over $5000 from a Ford delership in Springfield) to the horrendous Customer Service. An employee that I'd lie to single out is Thomas Fogelboch. He treated me with with total disrespect and contempt. When I explained my mileage problem to him, he asked me who my sales representative was. I explained to him that I did not purchase the car from his dealership. He then said to me, very seriously, that "I only go to his dealership for recalls and warranties", I was under the impression that I was able to bring my car to any Ford Dealership. I strongly recommend that you send Mr. Fogleboch back to basic customer service training on how to handle customers. I will send a letter to your main head quarters to explain in more detail, including my inability to contact your service dept to make an appointment, John Fisher More

Did everything he could to get me into the car I wanted not the car that would get him the bigg every question I had. Made me feel like I was family. My family has been dealing with Pacifico Ford for years now, and we have purchased all of our new cars from them, so we are familiar with their excellent service and professionalism. However, they took th now, and we have purchased all of our new cars from them, so we are familiar with their excellent service and professionalism. However, they took these great attributes and went to the next level with my last visit. My Ford Fusion needed extensive work done to the emissions system, and because of the high mileage, was past the terms of the warranty. These repairs were expensive, totaling over $800 out of pocket. The work done was second to none, and they repaired it in a timely fashion. This is where I thought this story ended, but I was wrong. A month later, I received a call from Bob Rauh, explaining that they had some leftover money from the end of the year that needed to be used. He distinctly remembered my situation, and decided, along with Terry Morrison, that I would be given a rebate to offset some of the cost for my repairs. Needless to say, I was shocked, and very much appreciative of the generosity. I will always be bringing my car to them for repairs, and will be sure to tell all of my friends and family who to see when they need a new car or car service! More
