Long wait but it was on a Saturday We went in for a oil change and tire rotation and we waited a very long time even though we had a 10AM appointment, we told them to skip the tire rota We went in for a oil change and tire rotation and we waited a very long time even though we had a 10AM appointment, we told them to skip the tire rotation because of the long wait time but i know it was a Saturday and they should only schedule work they can handle on that day. Great Dealership! My initial contact with this dealership was with Staci when I was inquiring about a vehicle list on the website. She called me back within a few minutes and passed our information along to Tom Bivins. Tom contacted me and we made arrangements to go to the dealership to look at the vehicle. What an amazing experience! Tom was friendly, professional, and personable to deal with. We weren't "tagged teamed" by anyone. We dealt with Tom to make the deal and then he took us over to see Don Wulff in finance. And that was it, as smooth as a well oiled machine. My wife told me later that this transaction was the best and smoothest experience that we'd ever had buying a vehicle. More

The local dealerships in Jacksonville had less than 4-5 trucks on the lot and these were typically fully loaded and and on the higher price range, these were not the models i wanted or where they at the price point that I was comfortable with. I found the truck with the options and color that worked for me and purchased it from this dealership. It was worth the trip right before the end of the year to get the best deal. More
