Took my car in for it's 40000 miles service, I was assigned to another representative, but I have been dealing with Thomas for a while now and he is great. I asked for him when I pulled up and he came assigned to another representative, but I have been dealing with Thomas for a while now and he is great. Thomas is super and it is always a pleasure dealing with him. He keeps me updated on any issues that may arise and how long it would take to get them fixed. I had a great experience. My advisor was kind and helpful. I like how he began by checking to see if there were any recalls. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.
