I unfortunately had a problem with my 2018 Colorado Z71. I was on my way back to NJ when this happened. Tom in service assured me he had me covered. Dropped truck off and the whole experience was as if I br I was on my way back to NJ when this happened. Tom in service assured me he had me covered. Dropped truck off and the whole experience was as if I brought it to my dealership in NJ. I couldn’t have been treated better. Thanks Tom and your service team. Very satisfied. More

Koons in White Marsh in MD is the only dealership I take my vehicle to. They always take care of me especially Tom. They always inform me of what needs to be done as soon as I pull in and let them know what my vehicle to. They always take care of me especially Tom. They always inform me of what needs to be done as soon as I pull in and let them know what the issue is before they look at the vehicle. Such genius. Never any issues with anyone. Everyone is always willing to assist you with anything you need. Thank you Tom for always doing such a great great. More

I believe that my service tech provided me with outstanding service which included intervening between myself and my insurance company . No matter how many times I contacted him he was consistently outstanding service which included intervening between myself and my insurance company . No matter how many times I contacted him he was consistently courteous and patient with me....which seems to be a rare exception nowadays . As well, everyone at the zkoons service Dept also was very friendly and helpful so I would not hesitate to return if need be. More
