No detail is too small for the attention of the team there. The sales is handled by Tom Trovas, a consummate professional with an eye for the right steps tit takes to make a great deal. I always know that Linda Tague can solve any service issue I have with speed,expertise and humor. The dealership itself even stepped in when a particular model with low profile tires became an issue. No hard sales tactics or being pushy etc. Had great respect for my time.. I could not have expected this whole process to be any better (other than them giving the vehicle for free, which i am sure Frank could have done if he really really wanted to -:)) Frank was very responsive and I always felt he and all of the associates at the dealership, treated me like family (the good kind) and did whatever they could to get me the best deal possible while ensuring my happiness and satisfaction was at the highest level. Thus the decison process was a "no brainer" for me.. Where else can you expect to go into a dealership and drive out 20 minutes later with the vehicle ..
