I was in search of a specific used vehicle and Landers of NWA had one in stock, it had more miles than I wanted but it was priced appropriately for the years and miles on it. When I decided to pull the trigger, I met with a sales associate. Trino was just the right speed for a salesman, not psuhy, very helpful and knowledgeable and realistic. When I decided to buy the car, it all went down like clockwork. The finance manager Josh was fantastic and made the entire process easy and painless. They got me on the extended warranty and service plan but it's worth the cost for sure. The car had some issues that I discovered after I took it home, most have been fixed, it is a used car after all. I need to go back to address a few other items. Overall, I would recommend Landers Toyota of NWA for both your pm service needs and when you are ready to purchase that new ride.
