Despite two service trips to Austin, the issue persisted when I went to pick up my vehicle. However, Leif Johnson Ford went above and beyond by delivering a brand new rental vehicle to my doorstep, allowing me to switch out the 2020 Ford Explorer. They took it upon themselves to ensure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. After three trips to the service station, all issues were resolved, and to my surprise, the entire process was free of charge, including the rental vehicle. Despite the inconvenience, Leif Johnson Ford handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and rectified the issues promptly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile has earned every single star in this review. The only aspect that slightly marred my experience was during the financial section, where I repeatedly stated the agreed-upon price, yet was offered additional items that I did not want. It's something to be mindful of during the purchasing process. If you are interested in extras then this will not be an issue for you!
