I was not very skeptical of even getting a loan from any bank because of my credit, and he made me feel like it was going to be a breeze and it was. Timothy Randlett went through many banks and found me the lowest interest rate I could possibly have. I used to be a Senior Service Coordinator for years and Chris followed up on me and made sure I was happy as a customer and that's what it takes to get a top score. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car and want to be treated like a human being. Great Job ! More

I decided to check out the Nissan Juke, within a few minutes they handed me the keys. They even let me test drive the car by myself. My car saleswoman was Lisa P. She wasn't pushy, just very informative ands helpful. I had her run a bunch of different payment plans. The process went smoothly and only took a total of 2.5 hours between the test drive and driving off the lot in my new car! I love the Nissan Juke and I am thankful to Merchants for the great customer experience as this was the first car I have ever purchased. Thank you. More
